STOLEN!!! To all of my German friends, I am seeking the location of my chestnut gelding with 4 high socks, a white star, stripe, and snip who is rising 4. He is approximately 16.3 hh in height and growing. His registered name is Baccardi but his barn name is "Chuck". Also missing, my rising 7-year-old mare, bred to Baccardi, who was due mid-February of 2013. She is 16.3 hh and is an Oldenburger mare by Converter. Her foal would be almost a month old. The last known place of Coconut Kiss was at a woman named Miriam Hilgers who blocked me when I asked why she was riding my horse in a picture that I posted.
Baccardi was last in the care of Mr. Ralf Peters, formerly of Wissen, Germany. Mr. Peters informed me that Baccardi had been moved to Stefanie and Jens Zimmerman's private farm for quarantine purposed until he could be shipped to me in Canada. Neither Stefanie nor Jens Zimmerman have returned my messages and have blocked me from fb.
All of the legal ownership documents are available either through me, my lawyer, or the RCMP in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Please help me find them, as I am sick to my stomach with the fear of not knowing what is happening to them now!

UPdate, the veterinarian's wife wrote me but has now blocked me. Stefanie and Jens Zimmerman who I was told had Baccardi will not talk to me and have blocked me. Miriam Hilger has been cooperative and told me that a man named Frank Rohrig, a terrible horse dealer and meat man, came and picked up Coconut Kiss and her unborn foal after Ralf Peters telephoned Miriam Hilger. He wanted her to purchase Coconut Kiss, but she wanted to wait until the foal was born. Coconut Kiss was removed from Ms. Hilger's property in January when Ralf Peters fled back to Canada with a warrant issued for his arrest in Canada.
Any and all information will be greatly appreciated!

Any information leading to the location of Coconut Kiss and her foal, born in mid-February.
Information leading to the address, telephone number, place of employment for a Mr. Ralf Peters formerly of Wissen, Germany will be rewarded. He was last seen by myself in Canada where he was arrested and charged with physical assault (allegedly), but fled the country in early January of 2013 back to Germany! He is also involved in the theft of Coconut Kiss and her foal.

UPDATE:
Inspite of numerous attempts and e-mails to Dr. Michael Hann, my German Veterinarian, and his wife, Sarah Hann, who had informed me that two of my horses were dead and that one was alive; a very kind acquaintance telephoned Mr. Frank Rohrig today who said that the polizei had spoken to him. From what I learned all of my horses were picked up by Mr. Frank Rohrig. Apparently, Coconut Kiss was in very poor condition and had to be put to sleep by Dr. Michael Hann. A C-section was performed in an attempt to save the 10-month old foal, but was told that the foal also died. No Papers of any ownership, etc., were presented to prove ownership. Mr. Ralf Peters just telephoned Frank Rohrig (who will not give out Mr. Peters telephone number) and told him to pick up the horses. MY HORSES WERE STOLEN BY MR. RALF PETERS AND MR. FRANK ROHRIG. Anyone with any information about Baccardi (Chuck), 4 year-old chestnut gelding with four high white socks and a white star, stripe, and snip about 16.3 hh, please contact either myself or the Wissen Police Department as soon as possible. Thank you everyone and please say a prayer for my deceased mare and foal, and for the safe return of Baccardi (Chuck).

Über welchen Zeitraum hat sich denn das alles zugetragen? Liest sich als wär das mindestens ein Jahr lang gelaufen, oder? Kennt man diese Leute, von denen da die Rede ist?

Von wem kommt denn dieser Hilferuf?! Bei FB findet man eine Sarah Haan, deren Mann (Michael Haan) TA ist. Bei ihren Fotos findet man ein Fohlen aus einer Fuchsstute.

Das kann nicht sein mit dem Zeitraum. Im ersten Hilferuf scheint das Fohlen noch nicht oder gerade erst geboren zu sein. Im letzten jedoch sollte es schon 10 Monate alt sein... Sehr suspekt kommt mir das vor...

Eine C-Section ist ein Kaiserschnitt... und gemeint ist im 10 Trächtigkeitsmonat.
Insofern, nichts über kommt mir suspekt vor ...

da gehts nun darum daß
- das noch fehlende Pferd gefunden wird
- und daß die Leute die da unlauter gehandelt haben bekannt werden, als Warnung für die Scene. So was brauchen wir schlichtweg nicht. Zudem steht da evtl auch der gute Ruf ganz Deutschlands als Zucht/Exportland auf dem Spiel.

Die Geschädigte war wohl mit dem Reiter zusammen (nennt ihn auf FB fiance).
Es ist einfach immer wieder ein großes Problem, wenn man sich nicht direkt vor Ort um sein Pferd kümmern kann. Das verleitet manche Leute leider zu gröbstem Fehlverhalten.

ist halt immer blöd, wenn die große Liebe vorbei ist.... noch blöder, wenn Kinder u/o Tiere im Spiel sind.....dann noch die räumliche Entfernung.....glaube nicht, daß sich die "Szene" fürchten muss!
Ich finde das alles etwas wirr und ums Geld geht es ja meistens auch... wer hat denn den Tierarzt bezahlt? So ein Kaiserschnitt kostet ja auch nen bissl?
