Do You Know of a Good "Equine" Attorney in Germany

I need a good attorney/lawyer familiar with "Equine Laws" in Germany. After full execution by both parties (Buyer & Seller), and the foal getting very high marks at its inspection, Seller wants to breach the contract!
All recommendations/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'd try the 'Anwaltskammer' they should be able to point you in the right direction. There are also dozens of adverts in both our regional and nationwide equine press. Unfortuately I can't help you out with advice which one to chose as I have zero experience with the matter - knock on wood

at first i would contact the "verband" the filly was born in. they have got lawyers itself and they know their breeders and can make a little phonecall.

They have a so called BRAGO (Bundesrechtsanwaltsgebührenordnung or similar) meaning they can't charge what they like but are bound to fixed rates. Generally an attourneys salary depends on the obejcts monetary value (meaning the more expensive the horse has been the higher will the attorney's fees be.
