I could imagine, that Germans buy French Sport horses, Horses approved in Sport.
But buying foals at- this prize - is tough.
If you are asking specific about colts - at this price range, you buy a colt with the purpose to have him licensed - a hope at least. Not easy in Germany

Thats it, German customers are buying French sport horses and approved stallions with pleasure, but less often foals.
