Hai, I am new here and I'm from Holland. Someone told me about this site for the information I am looking for.
I would like to have more information about the stallion Concetto (V: Contender)
Rapports of Foals. (pictures etc.)
My mare hasn't got the best legs, has Concetto strong quality legs?
Hope someone can give me more information...thanks a lot!!

My english is not the best, but I can tell you Concetto is a good choose. He has strong legs, but in just the right middle way.
I think it is better you take a call to the stallion station SOSATH, talk to them and order the video.

Any way, I like this stallion, he is a super typ and jumping is very well.

So jetzt sollte ich besser aufhören mit Englisch, das wird ja doch nichts. Macht aber Spass.

Ich gehe jetzt nach die SOSATH site, keine idee was das ist??!

Gerd sosath ist der Hengsthalter/Mitbesitzer von concetto.

Concetto ist ein überaus hübscher und Gut/schön Springender Hengst. Er war 2 mal mit Gerd zum Bchp. Hat eine gute hlp.

Sowie ich Informiert bin soll er von Dubbldam? geritten werden.

Dach, Zsaro. Unfortunately my Dutch doesn't lead anywhere despite my brother living in Amsterdam Just wanted to link you to my site. I've had a Concetto filly in 2003 out of my Falkland dam. She's featured on my website at http://www.germanhorseconnection.com and I remember I also put her sire up with some info. Thought you might like to take a look. The filly sold to England. No idea how Concetto is doing at this time.

@tsaro: we got some concetto offspring in the past and one is mare is due to foal this season. as far as i reckon he throws solid conformation and good type. people argue wether he's a reliable refiner or not. from my point of view you shouldn't expect a halfbred to refine as dominant as a thorougbred. and even the latter jumps often one generation till you earn the fruits of refining. nevertheless, most of the offspring so far, varied from being littlebit lighter in conformation and dry, true to type compared to the mare, to really light long-legged thoroughbred-like types. concerning he's a true showjumper, they move quite well, especially in canter. well proportioned top-line and hindquarters and long, well developed shoulder. last year the first offspring came under saddle and this year they're about to compete in show jumping competitions. according to my personal impression the mare has her share as well. he doesn't deteriorate rideability if given from the mother's side. quite sensitive in responding to leg and mouth, very eager and ambitious, high potential in jumping with good technique and bascule.

Wie ist seine Nachzucht? Hat jemand Fohlen von ihm, oder welche gesehen?
Was für Stuten würdet Ihr empfehlen?

Nur, dass er selbst ein g****s Springpferd ist und mir in Verden bei der Privathengstschau sehr gut gefallen hat. Ist aber nicht mehr der frischeste. Züchterisch hab ich noch nix gesehen.
