Ich hatte auch mal so ein gutes Angebot aus England. Eine Bekannte von mir, die selber bis M reitet ist Rechtsanwältin.
Die hat sich das Angebot angeschaut und meinte, wir machen einen Vertrag, in dem dann deutsches Recht gilt. Und lassen das Geld auf ein Anwaltskonto erst überweisen.
Mir war das trotzdem alles zu unsicher, ich habe einen Rückzieher gemacht. Ich habe dann eine Rechnung über 250,-eu bekommen von meiner Anwältin für Vertragsverhandlungen.

Was ist denn das für eine Milchmädchenrechnung ! Der Scheck auf dem ersten Konto ist doch geplatzt das Dir gutgeschriebene geld wird zurückgebucht. Da nichts mehr auf dem Konto war, geht das dann schön ins Minus (Überziehungszinsen) und Du darfs das so oder so ausgleichen.
